Elissa R Mandel, MS, CCC-SLP, ASDCS, is a trailblazing speech language pathologist and autism spectrum clinical specialist. She has spent decades helping children who were told they would never talk or live independently develop the skills needed to communicate and thrive.

As a late diagnosed neurodivergent entrepreneur who personally experienced challenges with communication and daily living, she brings both clinical expertise and lived understanding to her work, giving families insight that goes beyond traditional therapy.

Specializing in motor planning and auditory processing, Elissa focuses on the foundational systems required for speech to emerge. She teaches parents how to build these developmental pathways step by step using progressive and targeted strategies that support how the brain and body work together for communication.
